Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship? A: Currently, we're focused on bringing the future exclusively to Israel. Global domination is still in beta.
Q: How long until my awesome new gadget arrives? A: Orders process in 1-2 business days, then standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Need it faster? Express options available at checkout – because patience is overrated.
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Absolutely! Spend over 250 ILS, and shipping's on us. Consider it a high-five from Vizkin.
Q: My package is lost / arrived looking like it fought a robot. Help! A: Oops! Contact us immediately at support@vizkingroup.com. We'll track it down or sort out a replacement. We don't mess with damaged goods.
Returns & Refunds
Q: I changed my mind. Can I return my gadget? A: You've got 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. We get it, sometimes a gadget just isn't "the one."
Q: How do I send it back? A: Easy! Email us at support@vizkingroup.com with your order number. We'll send you the secret handshake (aka return instructions).
Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: If it's a change of heart, you handle the return shipping. If we sent you a faulty gizmo, that's on us – we'll cover it.
Q: How long for my refund to appear? A: Once we get your gadget back and confirm it's pristine, we'll process your refund in 7-10 business days. Bank processing times vary, so keep an eye on your statement.

Q: How do you choose your gadgets? Are they actually good? A: Good? They're awesome! Our founder spent years in high-tech QA. Every item is hand-picked and rigorously tested. We've done the digging so you don't have to – only the best make it to Vizkin.
Q: What if I have a question about a specific product? A: Our smarty-pants AI agent is ready to help (in Hebrew too!). If the AI needs backup, our human team is just an email away at support@vizkingroup.com.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty? A: Most do! Check the specific product page for warranty details. We stand by our tech.
