Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there are any delays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Israel and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at niamaenator@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

  • Standard Shipping (Israel): 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (Israel): 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at niamaenator@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Gizmo HQ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at niamaenator@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
